Powered by a robust gearbox drive—offering greater stability than traditional chain-driven systems—the equipment includes a manual decoiler, material feeding unit, raw material leveling system, punching mechanism, main forming unit, and automatic cutting system. The final guardrail is cut to the desired length using an encoder for precise measurement, with the machine automatically pausing to execute cuts and resuming operation seamlessly. Additional beams may be required to secure the guardrail, and punching holes are incorporated as needed, typically for guardrails with a standard thickness of 3-4mm.With extensive experience in guardrail roll forming technology, our machines are built to comply with various international standards, including:
