Our advanced dual-layer roll forming machine is engineered to craft two distinct types of metal roofing sheets with precision and efficiency. It seamlessly produces combinations such as:

  • Trapezoidal roofing sheets and corrugated roofing sheets
  • Trapezoidal sheets and metal roof tiles
  • Corrugated sheets and glazed metal roof tiles

Please note that the machine is designed to operate one layer at a time. This is because the integrated PLC control system is configured to manage specifications—such as cutting length and production quantities—for a single sheet type at any given moment. Both the upper and lower roll forming components are powered by a shared motor, with a clutch mechanism enabling smooth transitions between the two layers. This design ensures optimal performance and reliability for high-quality roofing sheet production.
